Fischer Process Industries, a division of Tencarva Machinery Company, is a leading distributor of pumps, valves, and process equipment servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Georgia. Our 30,000 sq. ft. headquarters is located in Loveland, Ohio, which serves as our central warehouse and service center. In addition, we have 10,000 sq. ft. locations in Owensboro, KY covering Central & Western KY and Southern IN, and Marietta Ohio covering WV, Southeast OH, and Eastern, KY. All with full applications engineering capability and complete repair and service centers for rotating equipment and liquid handling equipment.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of Fischer Process Industries to ensure that products delivered to our customers are accurate, on-time, and meet all customer requirements. Senior management is responsible for the company’s quality objectives as outlined in our “Vision Statement”. The company’s purpose and mission is understood by all employees through intensive training and the signing of a “Team Commitment Agreement”, which becomes part of the employee’s file. This agreement details our goals and commitments as a customer driven company, and pledges employee support in adopting our practices and philosophies.

Quality Assurance Program

In order to ensure that our products and employees consistently meet and exceed our customer’s expectation, Fischer Process Industries initiated a Quality Program in 1993, in accordance with the ISO 9002 specification. As of 1995, Fischer Process Industries has complied with the requirements of this standard, and is performing internal audits to ensure continued compliance is maintained.
