Rotary Lobe & ECP Pumps
Explore Waukesha Cherry-Burrell and Börger positive displacement pumps for industrial and sanitary applications. Fischer Process Industries helps you match the pump, materials, seals, and configuration to your process.
Waukesha Cherry-Burrell ECP Pumps
External circumferential piston (ECP) pumps use arc-shaped rotors to move product through the pump. Their close clearances and large fluid cavities support applications involving viscous liquids, shear-sensitive products, and selected slurries.
Universal 2 Industrial
Industrial ECP pumps for demanding fluids and low-shear transfer.
- Waukesha Alloy 88 rotors
- No internal rotor contact
- Up to 500 psi (34.5 bar), depending on model
Universal 5000 Industrial
A rotary ECP series with commercial seal and packing options.
- 316 stainless steel body, cover, and shafts
- Low-shear pumping across a range of viscosities
- Up to 200 psi (13.8 bar), depending on duty
Universal 2 Sanitary
ECP pumps with sanitary features and installation options.
- Clean-in-place capability available
- Single mechanical seals; optional double seals
- Rotor/shaft connection isolated from the product zone
Pressure ratings, cleaning options, and materials depend on the selected model and duty. Our team can confirm current specifications and regional availability.

Börger Rotary Lobe Pumps
Börger offers rotary lobe pumps with materials, rotor geometries, and sealing arrangements selected for the pumped medium. Compare the BLUEline and ONIXline families, then discuss your operating requirements with Fischer.
BLUEline
A broad rotary lobe pump family with multiple sizes and rotor/material combinations for different process conditions.
ONIXline
Designed for demanding fluids and higher-pressure duties, with a choice of sealing systems.
- Series flow range: 1–135 m³/h (approximately 4.4–595 US gpm)
- Pressure capability up to 16 bar, subject to model and duty
Plenty Screw & Vane Pumps
Plenty’s product range includes fixed-flow and variable-flow rotary vane pumps, together with screw pump options for lubrication and bulk liquid transfer.
U2000 Variable Flow
Literature covering variable-flow vane pumps and control configurations.
Magmo Massecuite Pumps
Product literature for massecuite transfer applications.
These manufacturer documents include legacy product literature. Contact Fischer to confirm current models, options, and availability before specifying equipment.
Let’s Match the Pump to Your Process
Send us the fluid, required flow and pressure, viscosity, temperature, solids content, and any cleaning requirements. For a replacement, include the existing pump model and nameplate details.
Our team supports customers across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Product availability depends on your location and application.
