Rotary, Universal Lobe (ECP) & Positive Displacement (PD) Pump Distributor
Fischer Process Industries carries, supplies and distributes Waukesha Cherry-Burrell universal lobe (external circumferential piston) positive displacement pumps and serves the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Georgia region, and also the Börger Rotary Lobe positive displacement pump series.
Waukesha Cherry-Burrell is a subsidiary of Waukesha & related SPX Products, a global leader in manufacturing and processing technology. Universal lobe (ECP) pumps feature non-galling Waukesha Alloy “88” rotors that allow rotors to run at tighter tolerances and higher efficiencies without sacrificing pump life. Pump bodies are constructed of 316L stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Waukesha Pumps are CIP’ able for sanitation purposes. Mechanical seals come standard with single or double flushed seal options available. Additional pump options include jacketed covers, steam-in-place capability, electropolishing of product contact areas, and stainless steel bearing frames. Universal lobe pumps can be found in arrange of industries including petroleum, chemical processing, industrial baking, confectionery, and dairy applications.
Börger Pump is a global supplier of industrial lobe style pumps, with a variety of construction materials as well as choices of rotor configurations. The correct selection of material is important for the durability of a pump. For this reason, all components of Börger pumps are available in different materials. Using a modular principle, the most resistant material suitable for the relevant pumped medium is selected for each pump component, from the o-rings to the pump casing. Börger also offers a range of linear and screw rotors differentiated by geometry and material. Whether made of NBR, EPDM, FKM, stainless steel, steel or another material, they offer a suitable rotor for your application.

Cherry Burrell Valves

- Clean-in-place applications (CIP), a piston in the actuator allows opening of the valve without having to over pressure it. After relieving or CIP is complete, the valve reseats in place
- Exterior adjustment with sealed cap to safeguard threaded area, no exposed threads
- Positive-stop prevents overloading of spring and engages with the sealed cap to lock in the setting
- Cracking pressure adjustment ranges from zero (fully unloaded) to maximum published holding pressure of standard, heavy-spring actuators
