Fischer Process Industries supplies and distributes a full range of air-operated diaphragm pumps manufactured by Yamada, Versa-Matic, and JDA Global LLC. AOD and AODD pumps are ideal for applications that require versatile pumping capabilities. Discharge pressure can be adjusted from 0 psi to the max pump rating by simply adjusting the air supply. The ability to pass anything from low viscosity liquids to up to 90% solids allows pumps to be used in demanding environments without fear of damage or pump failure. Running dry will not damage air-operated diaphragm pumps, making them much more rugged and reliable than other pump types. Pumps are available in a variety of materials including stainless steel, polypropylene, Kynar, acetyl, and aluminum, depending on the application requirements. Design features include the ability to service most pumps quickly and without requiring removal from the processing system, minimizing downtime for preventative maintenance and repair.
