Fischer Process Industries helps industrial and commercial customers evaluate Delta engineered-plastic cooling towers for replacement, expansion, and new installations.

Built for Corrosive Environments

Delta cooling towers use molded high-density polyethylene shells designed to resist rust and corrosion. The one-piece construction reduces the seams, panels, and joints that can become maintenance points in conventional towers.

  • Corrosion-resistant HDPE shell construction
  • Integral molded sump on applicable series
  • PVC water distribution and fill components
  • Direct-drive or enclosed fan systems, depending on series

Long-Term Cooling Support

Current Delta tower families include a 20-year shell warranty. Exact warranty terms, capacity, fan arrangement, controls, sound options, and water-distribution configuration depend on the selected model.

TMX Series Induced Draft

Delta’s large-capacity TMX line uses a seamless, molded HDPE basin and direct-drive fans.

  • Current model range: 300–3,250 cooling tons
  • Single-cell units available up to 600 cooling tons
  • Sloped seamless sump designed to reduce joints and standing water

Anti-Microbial Cooling Towers

Anti-microbial HDPE resin and basin design features are intended to inhibit bacterial growth and reduce conditions that can support colonization.

This equipment supports a water-management program; it does not replace required inspection, treatment, cleaning, or safety procedures.
